Hi, I'm a new Nebula customer, and I'm wondering if getting Acustica to authorize a purchased product takes awhile? It's kind of a bummer that Acustica doesn't automatically and immediately give you an authorization code as soon as you submit your computer ID to them like other software websites; rather, you get a message saying that one will be emailed to you. Fine, but when? I submitted another email about an installation issue 2 days ago, and haven't even received a response about that yet.
