No .ser file found after install

Postby MPEstudio » Tue Sep 14, 2010 3:39 pm

Hi Giancarlo,
I bought Nebula 3 pro back in may of this year, installed it and had a brief period of exploring it's possibilities ( which are many & extremely impressive i might add !) However, due to unforseen circumstances i have had a long period away from the studio, and upon returning have discovered that my Nebula is not authorized correctly. I have Nebula working (within Cuckoo's "Reaper" software) however i can find no trace of a .ser file on my computer, which i obviously need to send you to authorize the software !!! ... anything i can do to rectify this situation ?
...... also, would love to get my hands on the AU version ASAP ... as i have many forthcoming projects where i would love to be using Nebula from within Logic audio, even if it is only at a beta stage.
Best Regards
Marcello

Hi Giancarlo, O.k., I Have now reinstalled Nebula & found the .ser file which i sent to you via the 'upload' authorization file in 'my Authorizations ' however, when i go to the Authorization page it is still telling me that i have no authorization ? any ideas what is occurring ? Really need to have this working now, as i have clients waiting ...
Please advise
All the Best

The licenses are processed manually.

I got my license on Monday morning, I had sent the authorisation file on Friday evening, just like you did.
