title says everything. We are speaking about latest beta released yesterday
someone already reported that low latency version of nebula is more cpu intensive, and it's TRUE. This version is performing parameter synchronization per sample, which has a cost. Maybe in the future I could reduce it to the actual buffer (prog rate).
Anyway, we'll NOT release low latency version of AU officially but ONLY a single version, the REVERB one. I think the old low latency version will be removed since the reverb version is so much better soundwise and nowdays computers are so fast (and you could tune latency till 512 samples, so a pretty good value).
I just installed the AU version. When I go into my plugins, I don't have two versions like on VST. I only have the Nebula 3 version. Am I supposed to see the Nebula Reverb version as well? I thought I installed everything correctly but maybe I missed something.
Awesome! Thanks for letting me know. Glad I didn't screw anything up. So far it works really good on my Logic system. Haven't spent that much time on it yet, but the time I did spend, I didn't find any issues. Great job!
Yes, it´s working way better than expected and really much better than the wrapped VST version! It´s a complete different feeling to work with now, hope the finished version will speed up a little bit more to get a more light feeling and more proper metering. (What about an integrated VU Meter like PSP Audioware Vintage Meter?) And one question: Can I throw away the Nebula3.component and the Nebula3.xml and just keep the renamed to Nebula3 Reverb.component and Nebula3 Reverb.xml or should I keep the latter one? I don´t really know which one it is when I´m selecting the plugin within Logic... There´s only one Version to select...
