This is how I personally do it. If the rest of all of you & Dev's agree on this say 'YAY' and we make this standard. If not say 'NAY'.

naive question: is there anything imagineable that's not covered with these? what's with some "special chains" that people sample? tubes, xformers etc., do they belong into the preamps category? shouldn't there be a category for some "unforseeable" development or presets that don't fit somewhere else called VAR e.g.?
