My license also says CUSTOMER. I just installed 1.3.451, generated a SER and sent it to info@acusticaudio.com :)

Thanks Enrique, looking forward to my correct license.

Enrique I'm curious about something (sorry if it's been answered before), is there any difference between sending a SER file through our own mail and using the User Area/MY Authorizations system? Does the latter send it automatically to info@acustica.com and then it stores your authorization in your user area so you can download it again in the future?

Thanks.

Is the same right now

Does the latter send it automatically to info@acustica.com and then it stores your authorization in your user area so you can download it again in the future?

Store and automatic authorization still not implemented by admin into Acustica Audio website. (another big ASAP)

My Nebula3Pro is also registered to "Customer". Everything is working fine...I re-sent my ser file as well.

When we receive our updated license file with our name, can we just run the license file and all will be good? I'm going to back up everything anyway...just wanted to know if this will simply overwrite the registration info and not mess up any of Nebula's settings. Thanks for the help.
