i sent yesterday (around 3pm) to info@aucusticaudio.com my ser-file (neb3pro). no response till now. did you get my mail with the attachment?

I've waited for a week now and still no autorization file posted here? Nor any in the "User Area\My Autorizations"?

Please post here (or in my User Area). Pleae don't email it to me as .exe files (even when in a compressed file of any type) will be removed by spam-filter.

Are you ever going to respond to this? I'm a customer who paid real money for this, please treat me accodingly.

This is becoming a joke! Everytime I upgrade my PC, add new harddisk etc. I takes me weeks and weeks to get this thing to work again, because of this dafted autorization scheme that is probably just as much a strain of you as it is on your customers. It need to be fixed!

for next time: simply use a different email address and send your ser file to info@acusticaudio.com
Keys are generated from graziano around once a day. During weekends he is slower.

Hi. I bought Nebula 3 Pro last night and can't find any .SER file on my Mac. I've already sent an email and posted a thread in the request area of the forum. Just found this thread - sorry for the double post. Here's the system serial number if it helps: W87234JHYA4

Also, I'm going to be switching to a new Mac in a few weeks. Do I need to go through the same process and request a new authorization file when I move to the new machine? Thanks in advance. Can't wait to get started with Nebula! :D
