I'm wondering if I can get assistance getting the authorization for my .ser file? My emails haven't been answered. I've attached the .ser file to this post.

HI there,

Bought Nebula a few years back and have used it without issues.

I recently had to re-install windows (7/64bit) and re-installed nebula along with my libraries, etc. I ran the plugin and the .ser file was in the c:/nebulatemprepository where it always is. I ran the nebula3license.exe file I received back when I bought the program and it seems to have done its thing without a hitch.

However, when I run the plug-in I get the init page with none of my libraries and the mast page of the plugin displays CUSTOMER at the REGISTERED line(see attached screenshots below).

Since I am using the same hard drive and have only changed my video card I figured it was OK to use the same license key file.

I would appreciate your help as I have a project to complete this weekend. I am using Steinberg Nuendo 5.

Stewart, have you clicked on the "INIT"? The menu should pop out there.

Thank you so much, Bob! And please excuse my stupid question. I had not upgraded nebula since I first installed it and was completely unaware that this feature was available.

Nah it's not stupid, especially if one has been out of the loop for a while you wouldn't think to click on it, naturally.
