A few questions for you all about Nebula

Postby tonedeaf » Sat Jul 31, 2010 7:47 pm

Hi all... I have bought nebula for about a week now.. it never stop making me smile to my self when I use it...

I do have some question about it and hope I can get some answers and help or hint here..

1. Do u insert a trim plugin b4 Nebula???

2. I am on the mac software and I find changing values on the nobs goes too fast... hard to be precise with how much setting I want to dial in, anyway I can slow it down???

3. When I make changes in the master edit page, how can I revert to the original settings?

4 Does Nebula 3 x64 for mac actually exist?? if so where can I find it??

5. What is the best buffer size to use???

Thanks every one.....

RE: We suggest to work with analog standards, that means 0 VU = -18 dBFS. Is quite important due Nebula input works like analog equipment.

2. I am on the mac software and I find changing values on the nobs goes too fast. hard to be precise with how much setting I want to dial in, anyway I can slow it down?

RE: In PC you can use shift key, but here we are using a Novation Nocturn for plugin control.

3. When I make changes in the master edit page, how can I revert to the original settings?

RE: Backup your .XML files from your VST plugin folder

4 Does Nebula 3 x64 for mac actually exist? if so where can I find it??

RE: Not available for customers

5. What is the best buffer size to use?

RE: That depends you studio configuration and how much latency compensation can accept your sequencer. Try with x2 and x 1/2 factory setting configurations.

1. On PC + Samplitude mouse wheel scroll works for this task.
2. Try incresing GUIRATE parameter in you master .XML file.

Code: Select all
  <GUIRATE> 80000 </GUIRATE>
