Beyond this, my user account vanished (along with the two or so posts I made here enquiring after this issue).
There has been ZERO support in my case. I can't abide having paid for something that didn't work, with no support and now no way to even access files.
Refund my money please. You've gotten emails directly to you and to 'info@...' per this matter.

I can't be expected to do work to recover my own account, where there was no notification, no communication at all. This is beyond ridiculous. I was unhappy with no support before I learned on another forum of this deleted forum business. Now I'm disgusted.
I will press until I'm refunded my money, which is 39 euros apparently as I look through records, = ca. $56 US.
