Hi all, I emailed my .ser file to email@example.com and still have not heard back. Is there a better email address I should try to get a faster response? I've just upgraded my Nebula 3 to the PRO but can not use it yet.
I purchased it based on 'the free version worked' when I instantiated it, more than once. Upon buying it, it no longer worked. I have a .ser number in 'presets/acustica...' as instructed. I went through all of it with GianCarlo in the beginning. The plugin behaves as if not authorized and crashes Cubase in any instantiation as soon as I click on the GUI. It behaves as if an expired demo. There has been zero support, emails not answered...
Now, there is a new site! No notification! what_so_ever, and NB: this is a user account which is tied to the purchase and how I must access updates etc. Can't do it. Incredibly shabby treatment IME.
Hello chumped. Uninstall all Acustica Audio products and re-install our Nebula comercial product from a setup, this will create a new .SER file. Wrong key might cause cubase crash. After recieve a new key, update for the last version.
