Have you installed any libraries ?

If so ... click on the INIT to display a menu of selections [presets] available.

Yes I have some librarys loaded. I will download some more.

I also downloaded some skins. However, I have no Idea what to do with them!

Move them to Skins folder, then you will able to change the skins in MAST page or by edit manually the MAST XML file.
