Maximum number of license requests - Help

Hi guys, I'm having issues with .ser file and authorization process. I bought a Mac (I was on PC) and I'm trying to authorize Nebula Pro again, but when I upload the .ser file I get this message "you have reached the maximum number (2 of 2) of license requests for the Nebula3 product class."

I tried to email support but I get a Mail Delivery error.

Any ideas on how can I authorize Nebula again?

Please contact us via a support ticket from your account dashboard. For submit a support ticket, first log-in into your user account, and go Customer Area, Dashboard, Get Support and submit a support ticket.
