Hi guys, I'm having issues with .ser file and authorization process. I bought a Mac (I was on PC) and I'm trying to authorize Nebula Pro again, but when I upload the .ser file I get this message "you have reached the maximum number (2 of 2) of license requests for the Nebula3 product class."
I tried to email support but I get a Mail Delivery error.
