Audio Spikes then Mutes with Bluecat Patchwork and PT11

FINAL UPDATE : I've been trying to proceed with mastering since figuring out the above workaround and it just will not work. Randomly certain Nebula instances return to INIT, some even to the wrong program within a library. PT11 crashes EVERY time I make a track with Agent on it inactive or try to delete said track.

No need to remind me that Pro Tools is unreliable vs. Reaper, Logic, et al; I have used PT everyday for 15 years and I know how to manage my resources.

EDIT #4 : Jeff from nyrv has contacted me and graciously dealt with my frustrations. I wanted to make sure this was well-known, as customer service is absolutely make or break, and his customer service was very good. This issue apparently was undocumented, and I will do my best to help them flesh it out in order to make their plugin a tool that pro studios like my own can use reliably. Once this is fixed, this plugin will be an ace, no questions, and will be better than Bluecat Patchwork.

Do you have unique 'MAGIC' numbers for each custom Nebula plugin ?
i7-5820k, MSI X99A Plus, 16 GIG Ram, Noctua NH-D14, Win-7 Pro [64-bit], Reaper-64

NVC [Nebula Virtual Controllers]

I am 99.9% positive that I do, but I will double check all of them in nebula setups asap. Thanks for the input, RJHollins.
