Well i know you loose many new customers because they cant work with the buggy website. Downloads does often not work and they give up. I had problems too with avast antivir.
Second authorization... it is too complicated for them.
Only a few will find the way.
I hope website plus auth system is on priority. Just wanted to give you the hint and what i read.

ok we are alphatesting a solution for midi in Core8 (nebula4). We are trying to remove the OMNI constraint.

Shouldn't those rack screws have plastic washers under them to stop them scratching the front panel ;)

True. And they ruin mounted plugins. If you need plastic washers we'll add a little fee :)))
