I opened a topic here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=29164

I send also two tickets but no answer.
So excuse me but it is urgent i need help.

I've upgraded my nebula pro 3 bundle to the Nebula Server.
The install and the authorization worked great.

But Only the Nebula Reverb plugin is showing on my DAW, the "Main" Nebula plugin is missing.
In my plugin folder i have really the 3 folders:
- Nebula 3 Reverb.aaxplugin
- Nebula3.aaxplugin
- Nebula3ZL.aaxplugin

Win X64
ProTools 11.2.1

ProTools must have something like Cubase has about BlackListed
Plugins in the Preferences folder, check in there and remove them.
Prime Total, Nebula Server 3, Scarlett 3, Amethyst 2, Aquamarine 3, Titanium, Magenta 3, Navy, Sand, Pink, Pink Compressors.

windows will be solved today (otimed mode).

Mac osx is in alphatesting, we have also the new au.
It will be named differently, so there is conflict for au customers. We should upload mac osx today or tomorrow early morning

and the original Ultimate installers. Changed everything and lost
all my projects, have to redo all of them.
Today i tried upgrading with the new installers and they put the
files in a completely different folder then what was before, same
with the original Ultimate installer. Todays version also installs
an _Installer.xml file for each DLL except ZL. Its very confusing.
I lost every work i did with Nebula. The plugins Load in the
project but not the presets or what i had setup. BAD.

open a ticket, I guess you need only to refresh the license or the path is wrong, they are generally simple solutions
The new installer is doing nothing special, it refreshes your actual one, but it could point to a failing datarepository.

In general: if you see "CUSTOMER" in DISK page the plug-in is authorized. If you don't see presets at all in a new empty song simply the datapath is wrong (it is not pointing to the repository). If you see presets but when you load them you see "init" there is some authorization issue.

This is the reason why I keep repeating to backup your vst folder, or au folder.

Thanks GC...my problem is more complicated then that, i am very
handy with computers and data...i don't actually have problems
with the presets, they show up and i can Load them...problem
is/was with the 1.3 version of Server...the new 1.4 the installer
changed the PATH of the VSTS.

1. My presets Load, problem is on a Saved Cubase project when
you open it whatever Presets i had there will not Load, will
just Load BLANK instances. Too late now since i do not have the
old DLLs because my setup is more complicated.
2. Up until Nebula Server 1.4 default PATH for DLLs was
C>VSTPLUGINS and with 1.4 it changed to C>ProgramFiles>Steinberg>
VSTPLUGINS and thats where it all got screwed up.
It is already too late for a ticket, the problem for VERY
complicated and i know noone can help me restore the projects
now UNLESS!!! i actually deinstall everything and go back to
Nebula 3 Pro (not server) and then start from there all over.

The Cubase projects are looking for Acustica DLLs in C>VSTPlugins
while the Server DLLs installed in Steinbergs folder.
Yes i can Move them but it does not work that way when i also
use AUTOMAPPED DLLs...its just very confusing and complicated,
i don't know why developers with each update choose to change
the PATH of the VST installer.
As far as my repository goes is perfectly fine.
Also, nothing is wrong with the License either.

My only solution will be to not use Nebula Server at all for the
next year until weekly Updates slow down and then finally start
to use it, because each update will mess something up or i should
just stop updating and stay with whatever version i have.

I know you guys with updates try to improve the software,
the way it works e tc...but we also use the software and
sometimes the updates screw everything up. I know i should've
backed up my VST Folder but i also know it would not have
helped me at all since I DO NOT USE the regular Nebula DLLs.
All of my stuff is custom made thru Nebula Setups and thats
where the biggest problem lies.

And today i trashed all the NebulaSetups Custom DLLs that i had
and will finally start using only the regular DLLs that install
with the software, Nebula, .Reverb and .ZL. Basically my
Nebula Setups (i have the paid version) becomes useless.

Thanks
Prime Total, Nebula Server 3, Scarlett 3, Amethyst 2, Aquamarine 3, Titanium, Magenta 3, Navy, Sand, Pink, Pink Compressors.

yes understood, but you could simply install server on a different path and replace your existing one with server dll.... and put zl where you want. You can even edit path inside xml...
The installer simply checks the registry and tries to update the one it founds.... I don't think we'll have an other update though, current version is pretty stable.
