1 - Zero latency (without any audio loss)
2 - AAX

No CPU load improvements, chainig, etc... This will be Nebula 4.
Right ?

Yes. This server edition will be the last product before n4
It will last even after n4 will be introduced, and we'll provide upgrade plans
N4 is planned for March 2016, but it will be upgraded very often introducing many features during 2016 - like we did for n3.

We'll start this month introducing visual references to a rack arrangement of acqua plugs

First release of n4 will NOT be about chaining, but about skinning of libraries and maybe loading of a single acqua plugin
Than we'll introduce meters, betters menu for navigation and tuning
Chaining will be available later. There is a plan about the evolution of the product, and a timeframe

- So just to be sure that I have understood this correctly:

1) Nebula 4 will ONLY be able to load Acqua plugins, and not our current 3rd party libraries from for example AlexB, TimP, AITB etc?

2) So if I want to be able to run my 3rd party libs at 0 latency for tracking, I have to purchase Nebula Server Ultimate. But if I don't need that option, I can save my money and purchase Nebula 4 in 2016?

In short: The CORE 7 tech in Nebula Server Ultimate will not mean that I can run a lot more 3rd party libs than with Nebula Pro - the benefit is mainly being able to use Nebula for tracking at 0 latency. Correct?

Thanks in advance for comments that can clear things up!

I recommend set <OTIMED> back to 5(with new installer its 3)
Its more light on CPU with this setting when you use Intel i7 on Mac

So Nebula3 Server Version 1.4.009.0 is still Nebula 3 and fully compatible to old sessions?!
Or why is there a "Nebula3 Server Win VST 1.4.009.0 Legacy" Version??
In what case do I need the legacy version?

Question. By default, the Disk page shows latency at 1142 with buffer size is at 512.

When i change the dspbuffer size in the normal server version, ZL follows the same buffer size. If i set it to buffer to 4096 in normal server, ZL version will follow n there wll be huge latency.

So how does the ZL works?

Nebula3 Server is Nebula3 Server.

Nebula3 Server 1.4.xxx upgrade features
- CORE7 with revised multi-threading technology based on a fractal approach allowing to work at zero latency mode.
- Avid AAX format added for OSX and Windows in 32 and 64 bits architecture.
- Apple AU format upgraded with better and more stable framework for OSX in 32 and 64 bits architecture.
- General bug corrected.
- New skin from coming Nebula4.

Nebula3 Server 1.4.009 should open all your old session and project.

Q 4.6. What is VSTGUI3 and VSTGUI4 UI framework?
R: VSTGUI is an UI framework. Acustica Audio products are available in both framework in order to keep compatibility with legacy OSs like Windows XP or OSX 10.6/10.7. As factory default VSTGUI4 is installed but installer has an option to install VSTGUI3 instead of VSTGUI4 UI Framework.

Sorry but I don't understand you but note that Nebula3ZL version is the only that has zero latency feature enable.

Thank you very much!

one more question:
in order to use the N.A.T. I have to install the 32bit Version, because NAT is not included in the 64 bit files.
I'm coming from Nebula Pro, do I have to install 32bit first and then 64 bit, or is the 32 bit part (NAT) the same as before? So I only have to install the 64 bit version I'll be using?
