Struggling to install on MAC PRO OSX YOSEMITE 10.10.5

I have paid and purchased Nebula pro 3 bundle. I installed and opened nebula on digital performer 8. I cannot find a SER file anywhere. I have also not received authorization.

What am I doing wrong is there a step I am missing?

Nothing wrong is the correct behavior. You user account is not an administrator in the installation folder and/or your application is not running with administration rights.

I recommend first read this guide, How to install, upgrade and uninstall Nebula: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=26045 then this guide, How to register and authorize Nebula: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=362.
