still can't see the presets?

Ok so my installation on mac running latest software and logic
never generated an .sir file. So i followed the instructions and sent
my mac serial number to Acustica but never heard back?
That was 3 days ago?
So in the mean time I poked around in the files and until the product is registered there are supposed to be some temp files that are supposed to be replaced. My install did not have the temp files?
I checked and all the presets are downloaded and can be found in my library yet they still do not load when the plugin launches. And yes I know how to find them in the plugin in Logic when I click on the menu this is what I see

nebula seems to not see the library.
even without authorization it should display the available programs and just not load them.

have you opened a support ticket on this matter?
that's the best and fastest way to get things solved normally.

hope your issues will be sorted soon!

I have opened a few support tickets still waiting for response
in the mean time even though the program did not create a sir file
it does appear the program is already registered?

Also of all the presets I have downloaded I do see 3 of them, should be a couple 100's? did they put the wrong presets in my dashboard?
Maybe these are not compatible with AU and the server?
Something is messed up?
here is a screen shot of what loads now.
I downloaded at least 6GB of programs and they are in the correct folders I checked and redownloaded to make sure.

The program is not registered until you install the 'authorization' file which will be on your dashboard in the License section.

The SER file you need to provide gets generated the first time you run NEBULA. Submit that SER file to the dashboard. From that, a custom authorization file will be created.

Support ought be be along to look in on this.

under the "mast" window the status of the product is "registered"
and there is an ID there. Per the instructions there are situations
where an "ser" file is not generated and that is usually when the operator
of the machine is not logged in as an administrator user. Although in my case I am logged in as a administrator. Either way in that instance according to the instructions you are supposed to email your machine serial number, I did this and have not had a response since Saturday?
Just curious if anyone out there has tried the "nebula server" released on Nov 4 on a mac running Logic X?

so we are talking about the au 64 version of nebula, right?

i will do a test with this installer on my system.

Yes! I am running the Nebula server 3 release date I think was Nov 4

i installed nebula server from the official installer and here it works perfect (au64).
sees all the programs, can load them ...

just a question: did you install nebula3 pro before the "setup upgrade nebula3 server"?
nebula server is an upgrade-install to nebula3 pro and needs to have that installed before. could be the reason that there is no ser generated also.

So you are up and running using the latest version of Logic X
and running the latest version of os x? I see you are using Mountain Lion that may be the difference as I am using Yosemite 10.9.4.
Do you have any computers running Yosemite?



I thought I did install the nebula 3 pro first
maybe I should retry?
How do I uninstall everything?
