New Auth Needed

Hi guys,

I have some problem getting a new auth. :)
Please check out the ticket system, maybe something's wrong, and the "Assigned To" field shows "Unassigned".

Would be nice if you could give me the auth manually. After that you'll probably have 4 years to figure out the problem, until my the next computer. :D

there is a trouble: everybody is on vacation. I suggest to change browser, open a ticked and wait someone comes back

even now. For the solution, just change browser and upload the new ser. Unless you receive a message "you have 0 licenses left"
In such case send an email or ticket: for the ticket change browser, ie chrome

No ticket under support account from you. Please report exactly which error you get when you try to upload your serial file.

There are two tickets. Here's a screenshot:

Both of them have few answers already. I'm just reporting that so you're aware that something is not working as expected. :)

Antonello told me that he deleted my oldest license, so now I should have a free slot to upload the new one.
Here's the message I get back when I'm trying to upload the SER:

"Upload: NebulaServer.ser
Type: application/octet-stream
Size: 12 B

Dear Davide Fant (dream),
you have reached the maximum number (0 of 0) of license requests for the product class.


Dear Davide Fant (dream),
you are not enabled to authorize the product requested. License request not allowed".

Tried first with Safari. Than have been told to try with a different browser, did that with Chrome, nothing changed.

If you could provide me a new license, manually, (my new SER file is attached on the ticket) and then figure out the problem I'd really appreciate it, so I can finally start to use the the new mac pro definitely. This one is the last license I need to transfer. :)

Seems to be sales tickets. Do you have the code and number?

About the issue, you should request to sales which license should be deleted, Use IDs. About second issue seems web browser is doing something wrong with the .SER file.

The tickets have these codes:
SALES-0000000075;
SALES-0000000078;

Did that already. I provided in the sale ticket "Id - Product Class - Serial". Antonello told me he deleted that old license.

I can not test the bowser issue now. I'll try to fix it after 26.
