quite = almost

Will it have a different version number e.g. 1.3.771 so we know for sure? Many thanks for the update and keep up the great work.

1.3.771 will be not release it's only beta test version. New installer will be release with a new RC and will be documented before release.

i have a similar issue

installing on windows7 Professional x64:
"Upgrade Nebula3 Server x64 1.3.811"

The installer suggests these directories
c:\vstplugins
c:\nebulatemprepository
I didt change them.
In reaper x64 nebula tells me the mentioned error:+
masterdescriptor not found nebula3.xml

Looking inside the vstplugins folder i find nebula3_installer.xml

opening this i dont find the mentioned datapath. so i inserted it into the file but this didnt help. also renaming the xml to nebula3.xml didnt work.

what can i do?

open a ticket, so enrique could you follow step by step
Quick fix: open nebula3.xml using notepad, and change datapath manually
Slow fix: install selecting proper paths. I guess nebula repository is not in that path
