Acustica Audio Library not working since update to 1.3.770

Postby simius » Tue Aug 12, 2014 3:58 pm

My third party libraries work fine, but all the bundled programs won't load (though they show up on the menu)...it tries and then it just goes back to "Init"...

IMPORTANT: Installation setup always install factory INIT emulation preset. If your for any reason need to run an installation setup and your already register and authorize Nebula in the current computer, you should install again your personal key. You have an online backup in Acustica Audio website, Customer Area, Dashboard, My Licenses.

May I add,

it happened to me before that my authorization needed to be updated. I had it installed, but apparently I changed something in my system (or something) so the serial number became invalid.

I didn't notice this, because Nebula would load up just fine and unprotected 3rd party libraries (most of them) load up fine too. I noticed it in the AA-library reverbs. I needed to reregister Nebula (request a new serial, get a new authorization. And no, it didn't cost me one of my two registrations :P) and after that it worked again.

I installed a new SATA driver for my motherboard, I believe that was the culprit on my system. Still, could be anything. Like the support said: Reinstall / recopy your current authorization, and if that doesn't work contact them (or try reregistering, but I would open a ticket first).
