This gives back the true sound, and the true compression effect. You are in such way decomposing each kernel in two ones, one is moving fast and is changing the gain at incredible speeds, one is featuring a long and complex tail.
I don't think I'm qualified to perform that task, is this something the preset developers would take on? For example would I ask AlexB, cupwise, CDSM, TimP, Gemini, rhythminmind, Transcendingmusic for help? Or is there a Nebula movement already underway to "fix-up" the presets? I know they've spent countless hours making the presets under the constraints of the old architecture, I've spent countless dollars already searching for a great "nebula-compressor" sound.
Bottom line I guess what I'm asking is who is managing this "preset migration project" and how much will it cost? Thanks
