cheers

Ok I installed it again and worked out the exe I was running had a different name that I had loaded into the windows start folder ( I have the server running continuously). I have recreated the shortcut and it is all good now.

Cheers

I am also having problems with my installation. But this may be due to wrong paths initially, so I want to make a clean install. The question is which installers should I use. Which for basic (cannot see it in my dashboard).
Also should I keep the ser file or do I have to authorise again?
thanks

Setup will install core OS files. You need to reinstall your key.
Upgrade will only update DLL(s) files in PC and .VST/AU components in OSX. You don't need to reinstall your personal key.

You only need request a new personal key if you have a new computer or new OS.
