Strange thing...
I received a daemon email telling me:

"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 24.3 hour(s):

* support@acustica-audio.com"

I did use the support/email tool in this web, I didn't send it from my mail.
So If ind this is so strange, the web sent an email to support and it doesn't work?

Anyway, I need help with upgrading

ok you need to fix your tickets first, send an email to us, I dont know if there is an email written somewhere, try antopx73@hotmail.com
Than using tickets you could fix easily other things, like renaming thngs and so on.
About installation issues we dont use mails or forums any more

Well, my apologizes for keeping on it but I have not been helped still and I asked for it in first time a week ago.

They answered my ticket but it was not what I asked about. So I answered to them wednesday night and still no reply. That is why I am writing here and ssking for anyone who can help me.

I will try to simply the question:

My mast page of neb3 and neb3rev show this:
"version 1.3.681 (Core40G3 x86)"
This is a 100% proof that they are the server version of nebula?
I still have not been told that it is or not
If not, please let me know how can I confirm that I am using the server version or the old pro version

Thanks a lot, it is the first answer to it.
In the ticket they told me I better remove the nebula3CoreII6. Thanks god I didnt remove it because it is the only server version I have.

I explained all in ticket email but they didnt confirm that I have or not server upgraded and they didnt gave me indications in order to confirm it (and these are the questions I asked in the ticket...)

So please, anyone could help?
I run the server upgrade .exe file but it doesnt work. Maybe locations issue or maybe some other things but I dont know it.

Nebula3 Pro and Server .DLL files use the same names. You are installing Server .DLL in the wrong folder that you sequencer can't see or in a different folder so is loading old one. Version upgrade is just a file copy paste app.

Version upgrade in PC/MAC
Nebula upgrade is build in an installer setup that will upgrade your product to the last available version. PC version will ask again for the both folder locations instead MAC version that will use the default ones.
Last installation setups and upgrade setups are ready for download in Acustica Audio website, user area, downloads.

IMPORTANT: Installation setups always installs factory INIT emulation preset instead upgrade setups. If your any reason you need to run an installation setup and your already authorize Nebula, you should backup before your INIT emulation preset (INIT.N2V and INIT.N2P files)

IMPORTANT: From 1.3.600 version we change the name of the .DLL/.XML files in PC versions. After upgrade from a 1.3.5xx/1.3.4xx version, go Acustica or Acustica64 folder and delete/backup old files and rename new files (if you need compatibility with old projects).
