suggest that the [customer area] dropdown menu available in the forum
Image
should be the same dropdown menu available from the customer area

or has someone already said that

Hi Antonello, yes new site is fast but I can't login using existing info and I've not had a reply from you re several requests to resolve. Are you not getting messages? I'd appreciate a solution. Thanks

Like the new look - and, of course, the speed :D

I've 2 questions though

a) Under downloads, I only have updates for Neb Server 3...before, there also would be update and set-up files for Pro 3 as well...how do I obtain set-up files if I want to reinstall Nebula?

b) Under 'My Licenses' it shows as "empty", even though my copy of Nebula is authorized..

A) There is no Nebula3 Server setup. Use Nebula3 Pro setup.

B) Dashboard will only show key that you upload.

This is the problem. I just sent the same question to Giancarlo a few days ago. My download folder only has the server upgrade files, I do not have access to ANY install files as of right now. This would be a huge problem if someone has to reformat, buys a new computer, etc.
