if I had Nebula Pro it would be VST32bit and it wouldn't even show up in Studio One 64bit ...
Excuse me, but why is so hard to understand:
I use Nebula3 VST64bit in Mac OSX 10.9.1 and the only way to do that is because I bought the Nebula server bundle but I use it without the server part ...
You are trying to report a (supposedly) bug without enough detailed information. RE: You should say: I use Nebula3 Pro Server (VST, 64 bits) in Client mode in Mac OSX 10.9.1
Client mode = Nebula3 Pro Server with out Nebula Server.

Hi Enrique, Did you solve this problem? I have installed yesterday Nebula3 32bit on my MacBook Pro OSX 10.9.4 and I have the same issue with Studio One 2.6.3 32bit. This doesn't occur in Ableton Live 32bit. Everything works fine there. Cheers, Greg

There is not a bug but is a compatibility issue. Nebula3 is a PC/Windows product only. Seems you are talking about Nebula3 Pro. Nebula3 Pro is VST and AU 32 bits only and there is a incompatibility between VSTGUI4 framework and VST 32 bits plug-ins. Apple and Steinberg want to drop compatibility and force everyone to adapt product to VST3, VSTGUI4 and 64 bits support only. We hope Apple stop do this big change with out a backward compatibility. An easy example is Logic 10, Apple drop architecture plug-in adapter from Logic 9.
Please open a support ticket in your Dashboard, to track correctly your issue.

Is this still officially the case? Because I'm getting this same behavior (tried the VST4 and VST3 UIs, same with both; same with VST and AU too) with the 770 update. The System Requirements say: "Latest 64 bits version" for Server and Pro (which is Mavericks of course).
