Lo-Fi presets

Hey I'm looking for good lo-fi preset.I'm working on 4 track hip hop lp and want to give the tracks some of that 90's gritty vibe.I'm taking as a reference the J Dilla's ''Welcome 2 Detroit'' and the stuff from A Tribe Called Quest. If you look at frequency response of the songs there is a cut in the hi end at 16000Hz.The cut is like a knife no frequencies above the 16KHz.Are there some libraries that can give me that?I'm looking at the Cupwise's Yourei LP/HP filters but I don't how drastic can be the lp.If now other libraries post it here.
Thank you

If you want a no-plugin way and if your DAW allow, try resampling your tracks at 32kHz --> cutoff at 16kHz. That will be a drastic cut-off for sure :)
