Can I make a suggestion?
When I need to authorize these two machines again - if nebula isnt working at all I have no way of knowing which of the two machine i.d's relate to which computer.
Can the license archive be expanded to allow us to assign these hardware id's friendly names:Image

Use .SER file in Archive section.

If you take it that way Enrique ... Still you did not explain why all of us had their INIT files overwritten at the same moment (roughly). Read-only mode only on INIT files works perfect so far, sorry.
Feel really upset here as reliability is top absolute priority.

Can't believe it !! Same thing for many people and you argue that something was never broken ... I checked the last modified files and INIT.N2P + INIT.N2V were in the list.

So, your .dll has the ability to change files in my computer ...

Can't accept this fact.

Will put everything in read-only mode and logon with restricted privileges non admin in the future.

we'll investigate about it...

Use .SER file in Archive section

Hi Enrique, can you tell by looking at the archive which license is for my server & which is for my client machine?

Neither can I. Which is why I suggest adding the option of allowing users to asign friendly names to the list.

Ive got my own local backups.

This is just a suggestion to make the user archive page more useful for people with multiple licenses and or machines running neb.cheers

I can not. You should download both and manually check .SER file code. Open .SER file with notepad.

I've been a Nebula user for about 2 and a half years now. I've purchased many 3rd party libraries and I love what Nebula does to my mixes. I've recommended it to many of my colleagues and friends. Great product! But.......

That having been said - I do have a gripe. I lost my authorization the other night and this is simply unacceptable. I had a mix session scheduled with one of my clients and the session had to wait about 2 hours before I could get back up and running. I did in fact figure out how to get it up and running again, but this type of thing simply should NOT happen. I think a problem like this deserves a detailed explanation of why it happened and steps should be taken to insure Nebula users that things like this won't happen again.

Thanks for listening.
