Neb 3 Pro to Neb 3 Pro Server

Postby bottom1 » Wed Oct 02, 2013 3:48 pm

A few basic questions about this upgrade path... My current system is Win 7 64bit, Duel Xeon with 24mb RAM. By upgrading to the Server version does this mean I can specifically allocate computer resources such as RAM, and run Nebula on it own Core for Multi-threading purposes?

Sorry for such a basic question, I've been running Neb Pro 3 for years, and never looked into the benefits of upgrading.

Finally, are there any pitfalls to this upgrade, I am currently running Neb Pro 3 1.3.601.

Thanks for your help.

CORE3 adds shared memory optimizations.
CORE4 adds support new CPUs and VSTGUI4.
Both audio cores use Multi-threading.
Nebula3 Pro Server has Multi-threading, shared memory optimizations and support new CPUs and VSTGUI4.
