Post your setups!

I'm interested what gear people are using for effects and mixing. I'd also like to hear what pres, comps etc they are using for different instruments and their musical style.

I'm personally using basically a full-blown N**e 5088 virtual console with extra tapes on channels, I'm completely hooked on the modern RND sound. I've tried several other consoles, but this is what I'm settled with and I've learned to completely trust it since it always provides better end product than just mixing with native and other VST plugins.

Unfortunately I have to use "normal" VST reverbs and delays (BReverb from Overloud) since I haven't found one for Nebula with a long enough tail and the right characteristics.

I make ambient/idm/experimental stuff.

Did you tried AITB Reverbs?) It's my favorite and go to reverbs all the time.
I use CLC, SC81, Snap, Fenix, 4KD, 1073, Mammoth, Doc Fear eqs and don't need anything more) Maybe VBC in time..)
Sorry for my bad english =))

I work on EDM, some pop and R&B tunes. I do highly recommend checking out Henry's preamps and his many amazing presets. They get used lot's and they work on everything plus they are cheap as well @ http://www.nebulapresets.com/?product_c ... la-presets

For reverbs, i use combination of ValhallaVintageVerb and Nebula reverbs.

Here are some great reverb choices:

AITB Reverb @ http://www.analoginthebox.com/bundle.php?id=5

EMT 140 @ http://www.vnxtsound.blogspot.com/searc ... XTEMT14096

Gene Lennon @ http://genelennon.blogspot.com/

Unfortunately there's no demo of the AITB reverb (except the room ones which i have). Any hint of what hardware that is based on? I basically just want one 5-6 sec. hall reverb (you know, that massive ambient reverb) with proper Nebula quality. :D

Oh, and I'm now also using the Doc Fear & Fenix on the master buss, gives me the tube mojo I need. So, solid state on channels, tube for master buss. Sometimes I use the VocBox pre on vocals and guitars.
