5 Days For Authorization

Postby bduffy » Tue Jan 29, 2013 12:20 am

It's been 5 Days since I requested an Authorization code. Not a word. How can this be considered acceptable??

info@acusticaudio.com, as instructed. Nebula did not generate a SER file for me, though. The last time I tried to register, they got me to send in my Mac serial:

Well ... here is the recommended 'better' address:

mailto:acustica.audio@gmail.com

and here is a link [you may have already seen this] ... for specific details AND the future implementation of an automated process.

I hope this helps ... and can appreciate wanting to get this activated !

for some reason, my reply is having to go through 'authorization' ... I do not know why :?:

in the meantime  There is a different email address that is recommended to use ... hit the 'active topics' link on the left, and go back a few days to 'G' message for the details I was trying to send you. called 'Suggestion for keys'.

the email addy: mailto:acustica.audio@gmail.com

Someone sent me the "Suggestions for Keys" thread. I sent to that email, I'll do it again now.

Is it OK that I don't have a SER file? Can I force Nebula to generate one, or is my Mac serial number OK?

Though I'm on PC ... I've seen numerous times that MAC users, after installing NEBULA, then ... launching it one time within their DAW [to generate the ser file], don't find it to send in ...

They DO end up sending the MAC serial code instead.

!?!?! WHAT that specific code is I'm not 100% certain, so double check that to be sure. All this if you ran the NEBULA plugin one time and don't have the .ser file.

Sure hope this helps!
