GENERAL TIPS Remember: sending emails containing SER files directly to giancarlo is the best way for getting them lost and getting keys in a slower way
Here the complete path. 1) if you send them to email@example.com or even better, firstname.lastname@example.org in general it is the faster way. Graziano replyes keys around once a day, usually in the morning. During weekends in general he doesn't send keys
2) you could contact giancarlo in a direct way sending emails from the acustica website directly. Those emails are forwared to giancarlo. Giancarlo answers slowly to questions, around once a day. So send emails only if you can't get nebula running, not if you simply need a new key.
3) as soon as giancarlo receives a ser file he simply forwards to email@example.com. So here you are wasting times, cause the double forward. Giancarlo never generates keys, unless he has a windows pc under the fingers, which happens not so frequently nowdays (he uses android phones, iphones, ipads, virtual machines and so on)
4) if something is incredibly slow I suggest to contact enrique, and he will try to contact us, OR even better, to contact antonello, especially if you have issues with paypal, product buying and so on. Antonello email: firstname.lastname@example.org
other little tip: if you send your ser files to ALL our email contacts than you'll be sure to getting a key back multiple times in few cases but ZERO times in others. Infact we start looping the key request among us, and everyone stats thinking the key was already generated by someone else. When it happens, the key is never generated.
