Today, I got some discounted libraries from HO. After copying them into specific folder, my load everything nebula.dll won't load. Nebula setup which load everything won't show up. (I split libraries within it after loading)
I have never heard of any limit, not within Nebula itself. I have many many libraries installed, and have never encountered this problem. Could it be something as goofy as a menu issue? I ask that because I have many many separate and specific Nebula instances I create with the Nebula Set-Ups app, so if you are having some indexing glitch, I wouldn't see that in my system. But it sounds like something in your system, I have chatted with some other Nebula users (and testers) and have never heard of any limits from them either. What libraries did you remove to make it work again? And after you reloaded the ones you removed, and it quit again, did you try removing some different libraries?
Did you try deleting the temp folder and the scanboot file in the setups folder? Also, anytime I have issues, I always run my license file again, and that has fixed many problems, even when I don't know why.
i think the best solution to this, and something that would have helped you out immensely even well before you got to 10,000+ programs, is to separate your Nebula collection into chunks. use zabukowski's Nebula setups tool. http://zabukowski.com/software/?page_id=43
i'm pretty sure doing that would solve the problem, not to mention speed up your nebula load times by several times over. you might have to delete the scanboot file and temp folder as richie says, after setting up different Nebulas with the program. if that still doesn't work (i'm not 100% sure how the program numbering system is handled), then you might have to actually put the programs in different locations on your hard drive, and manually set up different nebula vsts to point to the separate locations.
