It's kind of hard to express local client nebula server version and remote client nebula server version.
I'm now stick to "Nebula3CoreII64 SV Reverb.xml" from nebula server installation without connecting to actual server.

By Rom:
Check your
"C:\nebulatemprepository\Setups"
There's only one rom.xml at first
But yours should be full of different xmls.
Customized nebula instances from Nebula Setup Tool changes the specified rom.
The menu will show the programs specified in rom even they are not in your disk space.
Without boot scanning, so the boot time could be super fast. Great choice!
