I purchased some AITB programs for my new Nebula plugin (Neb3 Pro x64 1.3.492) to run in Reaper X64.
One of the programs (Ape EQ) already came authorized for some reason. This loads up in Nebula fine. I also have Moog 4-pole and Stripe Comp from signaltonoize. These load up fine.
However, whenever I try to load my unathorized programs from AITB (Mammoth, Fear, Fate). The program fails to load, and Reaper crashes everytime. Also, no .SER file is created to auhtorize them. Here's all the info I know about my laptop:
-Dell Intel Core i7-2630 QM CPU @ 2.00GHZ -8GB DC DDR3 SD RAM -Windows 7 64 bit Home Professional -NVIDIA GeForce GT525M 1GB with Optimus GPU
Also, this is the files mentioned in the error report when Reaper crashes:
C:\Users\Luke and Megan\AppData\Local\Temp\WERB5D6.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml C:\Users\Luke and Megan\AppData\Local\Temp\WERCBF6.tmp.appcompat.txt C:\Users\Luke and Megan\AppData\Local\Temp\WERCF9F.tmp.mdmp
At first, I wasn't even aware that I had to authorize Nebula . . . So, I just got my licences file this morning, installed it. No difference. I then deleted my temp folder, uninstalled all unauthorized AITB programs, re-ran the Nebula licence, re-installed the AITB programs. No difference. I then again deleted my temp folder, uninstalled the AITB programs, updated Nebula to 1.3.5, re-ran the Nebula licence, re-installed the AITB programs. No difference.
Question, should I see a licence key in my nebulatemprepository folder after I run the install. Just checking, because I don't.
Just an update. Niklas from AITB has contacted me, and although we couldn't immediately solve the issue, he provided me with pre-authorized libraries, and even offered a free library in the future if I don't mind helping with testing the bug. Thumbs up for Niklas!
