My experience last night on the LAN was that it worked fine (played real time audio through multiple instances) but it wasn't actually more efficient than running locally; when it came time to offline render the Server instances slowed things down a good bit. That said, if I had run into a processing deadlock and needed more resources, the network might prove a way to offload some of that CPU to another machine (although I recall a thread around here recently that the Server clients take a fair amount of CPU in and of themselves so that may be a wash).

Nebula Server is the best amongst similar tools in the market but it has yet to be fully utilized because of physical limitation. Every 24 instances of nebula in the server side will occupy half of DAW's loading no matter how much cpu consumption we see in the clent pc (pc of DAW) . At present, local server and rendering are still the best way to handle nebula, in my opinion......
