Postby EricH » Mon Aug 01, 2011 12:21 pm

I sent in a Ser no. for authorization and have only received back a confirmation email.

Form ID: 1
Form title: Authorization
Form name: Authorization

I wonder how long it takes?

It appears to be a slow procedure to be "authorized", maybe Acustica are on their holidays ?

What?

It took quite a while to get authorized i.e. the licence.exe to be sent through. I thought that might be automated. It commonly is.

I note in my DAW it says "Nebula 3" when I insert an instance.

How do I know I am using "Nebula 3 Pro"?

Is there a way to see versions and release number.

Thanks
