License Not Appearing In User Area

Postby bharris » Wed Jun 29, 2011 3:39 am

Dear Enrique,

I purchased Nebula 3 Pro about a year ago, and received a license from you after sending in my .ser file. I have attached this license file to this post. However, I do not see any authorizations in my User Area. I am contemplating using this license for a second computer (I understand that you can do that with Nebula 3 Pro), but want to make sure that you have a record of my initial license.

Thanks!

i just sent it.this is my old file that was used on my old drive.im not sure if im even doing this right?i was under the impression that when you load nebula for the first time it gives you a file that i send to you and then you send me a file back that authorizes the nebula?the thing is when i load nebula on my new drive i dont get any .ser file to send you.im not even sure im making any sense with this ?!!!!
sorry but im so confused trying to do this that im ready to just buy another copy of nebula pro!!! im in the middle of trying to finish some mixxes for a pretty big band and really need my nebula working !!!

thanks
