interesting though in Sonar 64 I do see 999n as much more efficient and snappier but I didn't notice such a big benefit in the cpu. I think I got may be 4 or 5%
that's with 2048 buffer

EDIT: okay but I see now, I can get away with 512 buffer at about the same cpu in sonar. 8-)

...499n seems to be working fine here. However, there is something that is bothering me. I am using local server in order to free ram space inside Cubase. Nebula server own window shows always a great deal less use of ram that the corresponding Nebula server process in Task manager. Nebula server clearly shows a memory sharing behaviour when using several instances of the same program. Task manager on the other hand keeps adding and seems that no memory sharing its taking place at all. :?:

try without server component, just run nebula. What about task manager now?

Excited and a little surprised to say that 499n not only installed perfectly, but it finally seems to have fixed my Reaper RAM issue and gave me very significant CPU usage reduction. I'm able to use the Server application for the time in quite a while.

I'm glad you've got it working better. Nice, huh? Giancarlo told me that I would have better performance using the server version but not using the server module if I am only running one computer. Just thought that I'd pass that on. Happy music-ing!
