Vendo, is the cpu usage the same, or is the localserver
more heavy on the cpu?
I've only used the free localserver so far (an old version),
and the cpu usage was way more heavy than Nebula 3 Pro.
How about the ram-distribution on the mac version?

mac users are still on old 5.3, so no cpu improvement. I'll release 499l for them too, there is a big improvement on ram usage for neb 3 server. We'll release ipp7 for all mac releases, but not immediatly. If you want to alphatest I could be ready, contact me via email starting from next monday. About that remaining bug, it was partially fixed, but SOMETiMES it fails. We'll fix it too.

If you installed the server version, your Nebula.reverb, for instance, is a local server. If you want to run the network server, like to connect more than 1 computer, the server dll is in your nebulatemprepository in the "Server" folder. If you are using just 1 computer, just run Nebula as usual and you should get better CPU and RAM utilization.

Hi Giancarlo, just to report that 499g & 499l versions have problems on my i7 860 on Win7 x64 in Cubase 6.02.
While all shorter kernel programs I tried (EQs & Dynamics) works perfectly, long kernel programs (Room Hunters TOL) have increased CPU usage from 3-4% on v495 to 21-22% on v499. It doesn't make the diference if I run Nebula reverb or local server x64. Local server x64 reports only 1% CPU !!! My mast page settings are: l freqd 2.000s, dspbuffer 4096 ( tried also 2048), rate cnv 9000.00ms....
