XML Settings

Postby musicgreator » Wed Jun 15, 2011 10:55 am

i'm probably not the only one who gets a bit confused when it comes to the xml file settings. 3. party developers recommend certain settings for their settings. Doesn't a parameter change in favor to a certain library change the behavior of all other libraries? Or are low numbers in those settings just to safe resources and higher settings do not harm the performance of any library, only the system performance? Where can i find a full explanation of all settings plus recommended settings. Also is the maximum dspbuffer 8129?? Or can i go higher?

do it using the MAST page of nebula, min and max value are expressed there. Edit xml only for tuning server tcp/ip address and port, since we didn't implement in the interface. We'll do it. Explanation of MAST page parameters are located in our user manual, for the exception of DSPBUFFER: it does not affect sound quality but latency and cpu usage.
