don't use other email addresses, otherwise your messages will be ignored. About refunds I'm warning you, we are REALLY slow, we execute them rarely.

to all other ones: we are developing an important memory optimization on memory usage of nebula server/localserver version, this is just our first step in this new developement area. A serious cuda optimization will be developed on server side too. I think within a year most of the users with a daily usage of nebula will upgrade to a server version, they'll take advantage from this new centralized approach.
We are going to change finally our prices, we'll explain our proposal soon.

Has anyone tried running VMWare/Parallels on OSX with the server running in Windows? That would be fun :)

awesome news. Testing a version which is saving a LOT of ram resources. If you open the same presets on different nebulas you save really a lot, almost everything. For example 4 doc.fear are like 1 (same preset!)

timoth: I tested virtualbox.

[EDIT]
I'M VERY EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm using a localserver version. Doc fear is pretty light on my i7, around 1% for each instance. NOW: the first instance is around 270 megabytes, than EACH new instance is around 20 megabytes only!!!! You can open HUNDREDS even without buying all the ram available in the market ;)

This is awesome!
CPU shouldn't be a too big of an issue, as we can freeze tracks,
the RAM has always been the problem.
I can't wait for the new version, is it up yet?

The latency will be horrific though, no? You'll have a kick drum sound through the speakers and 8 seconds later the DAW's channel meter will show it hit lol

Mixing in a daw with full latency compensation is no problem at all..... Of course, it's not the right time to use for tracking at this moment!
